Description

Provide comprehensive services for individuals age 60+ with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias (ADRD), and their caregivers, in accordance with the Alzheimer's Disease Initiative (ADI) program requirements. Project locations Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. This is for a 3-year funding cycle to begin July 1, 2026. Question writing due by February 24, 2026 5:00 pm EST. Notice of Intent to Submit an RFP Response March 6, 2026 5:00 pm ES. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply.
