Questions can be directed to [email protected].The scope of work is defined in the Contract Documents.One contract will be awarded to the proposer who submits the lowest qualified bid, best availability, and current, applicable Certifications. The successful proposer shall anticipate a Notice of Award within 30 days after the proposals have been reviewed, and a Notice to Proceed shall be issued shortly thereafter.The term of the contract shall be three (3) years, with the option for the City to extend the agreement for one (1) additional year, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement of both parties.The City of Wilkes-Barre reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to request additional information from bidders when doing so is in the best interest of the project.The City of Wilkes-Barre is an equal opportunity employer.
