208515 UWMC NW OPMC OSC OR Expansion - Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Design Build Services

General: The University of Washington (University or UW) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified design-build teams (which may include joint ventures) to design and construct the UWMC NW OPMC OSC OR Expansion project. Project Description: Project scope includes renovating approximately 13,831 SF of an existing Outpatient Surgery Center and expands 9,645 SF. Scope includes adding new Operating rooms.  Expanding and remodeling the PACU bays to support the new ORs and to make existing space code compliant. Expand central processing and decontamination spaces.   Update support areas including storage, medical gases, generator, and mechanical systems. The project budget is $41 million. The target budget for all work to be provided under the design-build contract is $31 million.
