Description
Martin County is soliciting proposals from qualified businesses for the lease of Building 29, located at 1921 SE Airport Road, Stuart, Florida, consisting of approximately 6,400 square feet. The successful proposer will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the property and shall utilize the premises for services and activities that support aeronautical functions. Permitted uses may include, but are not limited to, providing access to aeronautical infrastructure for the aeronautical use of the property. The initial lease term will be for three (3) years, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms, subject to mutual agreement. All users and occupants shall be required to comply with all applicable requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), and the Martin County Airport Rules and Regulations, as currently in effect and as may be amended, modified, or newly adopted during the term of the lease
