Description
Seeking a general construction contractor to perform roof repair services on the single-family homes under DHCD housing assistance programs.
This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Locations 631 Gallantin St NW; 6317 9th St NW; 837 51st St NE; 613 12th St NE; 612 Farragut St NW; 3206 17th St NE; 708 Varnum St NW. If a prospective offer has any questions relative to this solicitation, the prospective offeror shall submit the questions electronically via the District’s E-Sourcing message board no later than Thursday, October 30, 2025. The term of the Task Order shall be for a period of one (1) year from the date of award unless otherwise specified.
