2nd Grade Remodel - Carpet - (RFP)

Removal of the existing carpet, existing base and installation of new carpet tiles and base. Scope of work includes Demolition of existing carpet will start June 8 in the pod commons and classrooms. All carpet and base demolition will be complete June 26, 2025. The schedule is defined for this portion of the project and fines of $1,000 per day occurring as of June 30, 2026, for not meeting carpet demolition deadline. Removal and disposal of the existing carpeting in room 404,405,406,407,408,409, and 410. Removal and disposal of all base molding within the 2nd grade pod commons and all 7 classrooms. Repair of any concrete base prior to carpet tile installation. Installation of new Kinetexs (Urban Avenue, model #1560 zone) carpet tile and new 4" gray base in all 3rd grade pod classrooms and pod commons. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
