Architect and Engineer Services

The Scope of work (SOW) prepared by the Government identifies the projects, provides background and describes the extent of the work. General requirements for every project are described in these tasks include but are not limited to studies, investigations, surveying and mapping, soils engineering, evaluations, consultations, comprehensive planning, program management, conceptual designs, presentations and coordination with senior management and other federal agencies, full design plans and specifications, and value engineering. Tasks will also include construction phase services including, but not limited to, preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, site visits, shop drawing reviews, technical assistance, on-site representation, and commissioning/start-up/fit-out design support. Designs will be new construction, alterations, renovations, maintenance and repair, minor construction projects, tenant fit-out, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression systems upgrades, and replacement.
