NOTICE TO BIDDERS The City of Lathrop (“City”), will accept sealed bids for the construction of public improvements for itsGENERATOR MAINTENANCE & REPAIR SERVICES. (Project), at City of Lathrop, California (“City”). Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Lathrop, located at 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA until2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 2, 2025. Bids submitted by mail shall be addressed to: City of Lathrop, Attention City Clerk, 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330 and conform to Submission of Bids standards within this Section. The bids will be publicly opened and read at2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 2, 2025. The Work contemplated by this bid solicitation will occur citywide withing the City Limits of Lathrop, and is generally described as provision of labor, tools, vehicles and materials to provide 2 types of service: 1. scheduled annual maintenance of forty-seven (47) City-owned generators and 2. on-call planned or emergency repair of any City-owned generators within the City of Lathrop. Note that the emergency on-call services contemplated by this contract must be provided as requested by the City of Lathrop, with a maximum contractor response time of two hours and completion of requested services as soon as practicable.
