Due to the aging condition and escalating maintenance requirements of the City of Largo’s palletization facility, the City intends to decommission the dryer and transition to a contract-based biosolids management program. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks a qualified contractor to provide complete biosolids dewatering and hauling services
