Seeking consultant to draft an updated Grading Manual and Grading Ordinance that encompasses grading, erosion, sediment control activities general provisions, definitions, grading permit requirements, fees and security, cuts and fills, setbacks, drainage and terracing, asphalt concrete pavement, erosion control, grading inspection, and completion of work, along with supporting appendices including process flow charts, technical guidelines, setback details, slope stability standards, property protection references, certification forms, and any applicable Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
