Description
Durham Public Schools (DPS) is inviting qualified vendors to submit proposals for comprehensive repair services for student and staff devices. Recognizing the essential role technology plays in supporting academic success, DPS is committed to securing cost-effective, timely, and reliable repair solutions tailored to the district’s evolving needs. The range of devices currently in use across the district includes, but is not limited to, the following models: • Student Chromebooks o Lenovo 100e o Lenovo 300e AST Gen 2 o Lenovo 300e Yoga Gen 4 • Staff Laptops o Dell Latitude 7390 o L14 Gen 3 o L14 Gen 5 o Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Vendors should demonstrate experience with similar device types and provide scalable solutions to support DPS’s technological needs
