Description

State of Alabama Cigarette Tax Stamps in accordance with the attached Statement of Need. The quantity of stamps ordered will be determined with each order. Unit price will be provided based on per 1,000 stamps. Q&A deadline 11/26/25, 10:00 AM. Contract term will be for five (5) years. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
