Work consist of 22,800 SF design-build pemb t-hangar building with office space and restroom (incl foundation, plumbing, HVAC, interior and exterior finishes, doors, hangar doors, fire sprinkler system, electrical, permits, etc) complete, establish electrical power service (including application, fees, temporary and permanent power, materials, installed complete), 11,200 SF design-build pemb box-hangar building with multi-purpose space and restroom. Q&A deadline is on 01/29/26 by 3:00 PM. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
