Alaska Commission on Judicial Conduct Formal Hearing Notice

Notice of Formal Hearing Commission Matter #2025-001The Alaska Commission on Judicial Conduct will hold a public Formal Hearing at its regular meeting on Friday, January 30, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. The hearing will determine whether the Commission will accept proposed findings of fact and whether the Commission will recommend discipline to the Alaska Supreme Court in the Matter of Superior Court Judge R. DiBenedetto. Additional information concerning the matter is available on the Commission’s website.
