Request for Proposal - Oregon Intervention System Administration

The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), Office of Developmental Disabilities, is soliciting proposals for the administration of the Oregon Intervention System (OIS) under RFP #S-10000-00014682. The primary objective of this RFP is to secure a qualified contractor to manage and oversee the OIS program. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to: overall program administration, training and certification of instructors, ongoing monitoring of OIS implementation, data collection and reporting, and continuous quality improvement. Key requirements for prospective contractors include demonstrated experience in behavior intervention programs, expertise in developmental disabilities, a strong understanding of relevant regulations and best practices, the ability to provide comprehensive training and technical assistance, and the capacity to effectively manage a statewide program. Proposers must complete and submit all required attachments, including the Price Proposal (AttE), References (AttD) and Proposer Information and Certification (AttC).
