Case Management and Service Coordination Platform

The Delaware Department of Labor (LAB) is soliciting proposals for a Case Management and Service Coordination Platform, as outlined in RFP number LAB25456-SERVCOORD. The main purpose of this RFP is to procure a platform that will enable the Department of Labor to more effectively manage cases and coordinate services for its clients. Key requirements likely include (but are not limited to): core case management functionality (client data, progress tracking, etc) , service coordination tools, data security measures, reporting and analytics capabilities, and integration capabilities.
