Work includes 31,498.100 TN of asphaltic concrete mixture PG 64-22 (sp095c mix); 38,373 gal. Of tack coat; 20,156 gal. of bituminous fog seal; 1,804 SF of construction signs; see attached files. Submit completed Contractor Questionnaire and/or Contractor Prequalification Questionnaire with attachments not later than seven (7) days prior to the date and hour of the bid opening. All questions concerning the bid document preparation shall be directed to the Central Office - Design Division at 573-751-2876. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Locations Route 7, 13 HENRY County; from Route B to Route 18 (Ohio Street) in Clinton, the total length of improvement being 21.64 miles and from Route 7 in Clinton to Route 52, the total length of improvement being 7.426 miles. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. DBE goal is 3%.
