Alaska Housing Finance CorporationNotice of Public Hearing and Public Comment Period The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation Resolution No. 2025-22 The public is invited to participate and comment on the proposed Regulation amendment to 15 AAC 152.090 authorized by AHFC Board Resolution #2025-22. The purpose for the amendment is to increase the loan approval threshold requiring approval by AHFC’s Board of Directors from $1,500,000 to $2,000,000.
