City of KemahNotice to BiddersRFP # 2025-04Professional Planning ServicesThe City of Kemah is seeking professional planning services to assist the City of Kemah in its completion of its Beacon 2040 Strategic Plan.The City will not reimburse the responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals, clarification of a response, and/or oral presentations which may be, at its discretion, required by the City.Service providers may submit proposals for any or all activities. Multiple contracts may be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The City will, in its sole discretion, determine the number of contracts awarded, and may decide not to award any contracts.To be considered,one (1) original and three (3) hard copiesof the sealed proposal must be received by theCesar Garcia- 1401 N. Hwy 146 by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 1st  , 2025.   Proposals received after this time will not be considered and will be returned to the proposer unopened.  It shall be the proposer’s responsibility to ensure that their proposal is received by theCity Administrator’s office within the time limitindicated. It is the proposer’s responsibility to ensure that they have received any and all addenda related to this proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted and to re-solicit for services.
