Seeking an effective owner's representative, who is a seasoned professional, preferably a licensed architect in the state of california, with extensive experience in construction of public and private facilities and buildings, who combines technical expertise, municipal experience, and project management skills to safeguard the city's interests from planning to occupancy of a new public works maintenance facility (project). The project includes construction of a new facility comprised of various components including administration offices, maintenance and operations building, indoor and outdoor storage, vehicle maintenance building, outdoor parking, interim housing/temporary relocation of the current operation, and associated site work.
