Description
The Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) invites you to submit a proposal to provide contract compliance, monitoring and equity support services for Alameda CTC. The anticipated performance period is for an initial period of thirty-six months from April 2026 to March 2029, with options for up to two additional years of service. This contract will be funded with Measure BB and/or Measure B sales tax funds, and/or Vehicle Registration Fee (VRF) Revenue fund, or such funds in combination with other local funds. As such, the Alameda CTC Local Business Contract Equity (LBCE) Program will apply. The LBCE Program’s goals for professional services are 70.0% for Local Business Enterprise (LBE) firms and 30.0% for Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) firms. This contract is not subject to Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program requirements. Responses should be submitted in accordance with the requirements and instructions set forth in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP documents have been posted on Alameda CTC’s Procurement Portal. Prospective proposers are responsible for registering and submitting proposals via the Procurement Portal
