Description

Seeking qualified developers, operators, and investment partners to finance, design, construct, and operate a bingo facility on a 4.25 acre site adjacent to the Adelanto Stadium Event Center. In addition to the bingo facility, the City envisions the development of complimentary amenities, including a hotel, a small public park with a splash pad, and a designated 12,000 SF area for rotating food truck vendors.
