2025 Blue Ash CCEC Carpet and Flooring Project

The City of Blue Ash is seeking a reputable Contractor to replace the existing Carpet and Flooring in select areas of the Cooper Creek Event Center, located at 4040 Cooper Road, Blue Ash, Ohio 45241. Please see the Scope of Work section for additional details and specifications. The City is requesting proposals to perform all work related to the outlined scope as indicated herein and as seen on the Scope Attachment to this RFP. This project is over the public bidding threshold requirement and requires us to publically bid the project. This project is also over the prevailing wage threshold, which requires this project to utilize prevailing wages. This project is estimated to cost $125,000.00 We are utilizing a Lump Sum Price Contract for this project. Selection will be made based on the lowest, most responsible, and responsive bidder of the BASE BID. Notice to Bidders: Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for the Project as described in this Document according to the Instructions to Bidders. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 19, 2025 located at 4040 Cooper Road, Blue Ash, Ohio 45241 at (change from 10am to) 1:00 PM in the Lower Level at the Sandtrap Cafe. Access will be permitted, and you may bring equipment to best investigate the existing dock to place a complete and accurate bid. Additional site visits may be requested as needed.
