Division of Youth Services Re-Request for Proposals for Child Care Voucher Program, Home Detention, Transportation, and Sex Offender Treatment Services 2026-2027The Mercer County Department of Human Services (MCDHS), Division of Youth Services, is accepting proposals in four (4) service categories utilizing County and Youth Justice Commission (YJC) funds for a two-year period from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027. The below description outlines the four (4) available service categories.
