405 S 8th Ave ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSNotice is hereby given by the Wausau Community Development Authority, that it will receive separate sealed bids for general construction work on a Multifamily Apartment Building located at 405 S 8th Ave - Wausau, WI until 3:00 p.m. on December 4, 2025, at the office of the Wausau Community Development Authority, 550 East Thomas Street, Wisconsin 54403. Bids will be privately opened in the office of the Wausau Community Development Authority at that date and time.A Pre-Bid Conference for all Contractors will be held at 1:00 p.m. on November 18, 2025, at the office of the Wausau Community Development Authority, 550 East Thomas Street, Wisconsin. It is highly recommended that all interested contractors and subcontractors attend.
