FY 2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program

On behalf of the City of Everett, the Department of Planning and Development (DPD) is seeking proposals and applications for Public Social Services (PSS) funding. The City expects to selectup tofive (5) proposalsfor Public Social Services activities to include in its FY 2026 CDBG Entitlement Plan grant application to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The deadline for submitting proposals/applications to the DPD office is5:00 PM, March 30, 2026. In turn, the City’s application to HUD is due by April 22, 2026.
