The City of San Leandro is requesting qualifications (RFQ) from qualified wastewater engineering and construction practitioners (“Respondents”) to enter into a Consulting Service Agreement to provide support for capital projects for the City’s sanitary sewer system and the City-owned Water Pollution Control Plant.
