Work includes 27,740 gal. of emulsified asphalt, seal coat; 99,067 SY of seal coat aggregate, grade B2; 89,800 LF of 4" white class 1 pavement marking paint (18-mil, type P beads); see attached files. Submit completed Contractor Questionnaire and/or Contractor Prequalification Questionnaire with attachments not later than seven (7) days prior to the date and hour of the bid opening.
