The purpose of the proposed easement is to install a primary riser on an existing MEA distribution pole to connect a 7.2kV single phase cable encased in 2” high density polyethylene conduit that will extend westerly underground in a 4-foot trench. The installation of the underground primary electric cable will facilitate a loop between two distribution systems for reliability.
