General NoticeThe City of Emporia (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:Lift Station No. 1 Improvements22-1164Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Public Works located at 1220 Hatcher St, until January 6, 2026 at 2:00pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.The Project includes the following Work:Replacement of dry-pit submersible pump, wet well rehabilitation, center-flow band screen, peak flow basins, electrical, controls, and building improvements. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Cost of Bidding Documents and shipping is nonrefundable. Contract Documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related shipping charges. Non-refundable corporate, certified, or cashier’s checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies.
