Transfer ownership and operation of the property for the public/private benefit. Continue the operation of the facility to encourage small business development and growth in the area. Serve as an added catalyst for continued economic growth and provide a direct economic benefit to Butte-Silver Bow. Respect the historical, architectural, and spatial context of the site in any future maintenance or development. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
