Description

Provide citywide canal bank restoration/stabilization includes a complete turnkey installation of embankment slope stabilizers as well as complete property restoration to better than existing. It is intended that the canal embankment improvements be completed using geosynthetic slope stabilization with a modular open containment system made up of two (2) layers of virgin pre-recycled (food grade) high density polyethylene (hdpe), that is constructed with a knitted pattern. Agreements will be for an initial period of two (2) years, with the opportunity for three (3) additional one year renewals. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources. Modules should support configurable rules, role-based permissions, and audit-ready reporting.
