Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows Modify existing rooms in the Basement of Citizens Square to construct and HR Training Room, a City Utilities Engineering Suite and several shared conference rooms. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
