Bids are Due on February 17, 2026, no later than 2:00 p.m. EXACTLY, Pacific Local Time, according to the time on the PublicPurchase.com system, at which time bids will be unsealed and publicly read via a virtual meeting.This project is located at NW 204th Street just south of the three-way intersection of NW 204th Street, NW 205th Street, and 24th Avenue NW at the northern boundary of the City and proposes to the Barnacle Creek Culvert project including the construction of a precast box culvert, stream grading, stream diversion, paving, installation of drainage structures and sewer pipe, erosion control, tree removals, plantings, temporary irrigation. The estimated construction cost is $1,615,000. The time for physical completion of the Work is within 90 working days.
