26-04 Mary Alley & Jacobi Community Center Roof Replacement

A. Remove ballasted built up roofing and all associated components for replacement with new epdm roofing system. B. Remove epdm roofing and all associated components for replacement with new epdm roofing system. C. Remove asphalt shingle roofing system and all associated components for replacement with new asphalt shingle roofing system. D. Clean and prep copper canopy roofs with liquid applied coating. E. Temporarily remove, raise, and reinstall and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing as noted in drawings. Coordinate adjacent roofing work with owner for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing to be relocated by owner. F. Patch all abandoned holes in decking prior to install new materials. G. Remove existing door, raise threshold, and install new door and all associated hardware. Base scope of work a. Clean and prep epdm roofing for resealing with liquid applied coating. B. Clean and prep standing seam metal roofing for resealing with liquid applied coating. C. Replace broken sections of gutter with new gutter system and install new snow guards. D. Remove and replace areas of wet insulation. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
