Description
Friendship Public Charter School – Request for Proposals for – a Learning Management System. The learning management system (LMS) should be a web-based technology solution that will be used to plan, implement, and assess student work. The System should provide an instructor with a way to create and deliver content, monitor student participation, and assess student performance. It should also provide students with the ability to use interactive features such as threaded discussions, video, and discussion forums.
