Bids for the construction of the project will be received at city hall located @ 101 N. Main Street. construction of phase II of the Quail Pines Subdivision to include approximately 74,240 SF of asphalt paved streets with roadside ditches. 3405 of 6inch water main with valves, fire hydrants and other appurtenances. 3550 if 8-inch gravity sewer with manholes and service connection. Sewer pump station, 1518 of 4-inch sewer force main. clearing grubbing and grading of lots and common areas. all other work necessary to develop a residential subdivision, complete and ready for use
