The New Bedford Housing Authority (NBHA), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from qualified Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) certified HVAC (HV01) contractors to provide ON-CALL, routine and emergency HEATING SYSTEM response and repair WORK (NBHA-25-120) for a contract term of one (1) year
