Chiller Replacement @ Mary Keller Zervigon School

The Orleans Parish School Board is soliciting proposals for the Chiller Replacement project at Mary Keller Zervigon School, RFP number 654321-23-FAC-0073. This project entails the complete replacement of the existing chiller system at the specified school. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: the removal and disposal of the old chiller, the procurement and installation of a new chiller unit and all associated components (piping, electrical connections, controls), testing and commissioning of the new system, and any necessary modifications to the existing building infrastructure to accommodate the new chiller.
