2026 ADA Improvements

The construction of improvements planned as part of the city's 2026 ADA improvements project - 383.6 SY clearing & grubbing; 511.4 SY removal of concrete sidewalks steps, Driveways, curb & gutter, retaining walls & asphalt; 14. CY borrow excavation, MDOT B9 or B9-6, LVM; 50 CY excess excavation, LVM; 386 CY solid sod; 980 LF saw cut, full depth; 10 LF 12" high performance polypropylene (HP) pipe; 456 SY concrete sidewalk (includes ADA ramps), with fiber reinforcement; 54 SY concrete flume; 100 LF combination concrete curb and gutter type 1; 212 SF detecable warning panels, cast in place, maroon; 8 EA adjustment of utility appurtenance; 48 SY concrete pavement 6", with fiber reinforcement; 1 LS maintenance of traffic; 5 EA remove and reset signs, all sizes; 1 LS mobilization; 110 LF concrete retaining wall (6" - 30").
