REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:FY 2027 Real Property Data Update ServicesRFP# 26-1011The Town of Wayland invites proposals for the provisions of Real Property Data Update Services for Fiscal Year 2027, with options for the subsequent two (2) fiscal years. All RFP documents will be available starting November 24, 2025 by downloading them atwww.wayland.ma.us/bids. Proposals must be submitted in person at the Town Manager’s Office, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778 beforeDecember 29, 2025 at 1:00PM. In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, § 6(d) the technical proposal and price proposal must be submitted separately. Additional information can be found in the complete RFP.
