Description

Provision of Community Connectors to build and train a network of Community Based Organizations (CBOs), Faith Based Organizations (FBOs), and community leaders across Colorado to empower CBOs,/FBOs, and community leaders to effectively promote CEO/CAE's residential programs and guide community members through the application process.
