Description

Demolition of existing parking lot and replacement with new concrete parking lot and drive areas, curb and gutter replacement, concrete sidewalk replacement, ADA improvements, drainage improvements, lighting improvements, and landscaping. Prebid conference will be held at 10:00 A.M March 5, 2026, at Planning and Construction office Room 204A. Attendance is strongly recommended for general contractors. Attendance is encouraged for prime subcontractors. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
