Description

The Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development, & Tourism (DBEDT) is soliciting proposals under RFP-BED-142-26-01 for a Federal Congressional Liaison. The primary purpose of this RFP is to secure a qualified contractor to act as a liaison between DBEDT and the U.S. Congress. The scope of work likely includes representing the interests of the State of Hawaii, particularly DBEDT, to federal lawmakers. Key requirements, based on the attached documents (Exhibit A - AG General Conditions, Exhibit B - Contract Form, Exhibit C - Wage Certificate, Exhibit D - General Provisions, Exhibit E - Overview of the RFP Process, and the main RFP document), will likely pertain to: * Liaison services with members of the U.S. Congress * Wage and labor requirements as indicated in Exhibit C. * Adherence to the General Conditions for Agreements and the General Provisions. * Contractual obligations as outlined in the Contract Form. * Compliance with the RFP submission process detailed in Exhibit E.
