Aircraft Hangar - Phase 2

Purchase services for an addition of 6,400 sq ft single story aircraft to an existing hangar. Addition includes hangar space for a single aircraft, office, support and maintenance spaces. The addition will be a pre-engineered metal building frame with metal panel cladding. The sitework consists of underground utility work in and around the site, concrete sidewalk, and parking and roadway paving, the mept infrastructure systems will be served by domestic water, sanitary, storm, power, and telecom utilities. Mechanical and plumbing systems include hvac units and distribution ductwork, plumbing fixtures, underground plumbing systems, and radiant heaters in the hangar space. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
