Description

Work consist of 980 SF of removal & disposal of existing timber decking and fasteners, 570 LF of removal & disposal of existing timber handrails and fasteners, 880 sf of installation of new 3" by 6" pressure treated deck boards, 100 LF of installation of 2" x 6" composite deck boards, 570 LF of replacement of handrails, 570 LF of installation of composite cap board on handrail, miscellaneous stainless steel hardware and fasteners. Q&A deadline is on 11/24/25 by 12:00 PM. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Addendum #1 issued.
