DESIGN-BUILD - West High School Utilidor Upgrades Phase III

Design-Build Phase III project will replace the steel heat lines with ppl piping. Replace or relocate sprinkler piping as needed, reroute gas piping, remove abandoned electrical conduit or replace conduits as necessary, remediate hazardous materials, mold as necessary, replace fire rated assemblies and utilidor access. The division 22, 23, and 26 specifications are for this current project and are the minimum requirements for the whs utilidor upgrades phase iii project. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. An On-Site Visit be held on October 7, 2025 at 4:15 p.m. Local Time at West High School, 1700 Hillcrest Drive, Anchorage, Alaska 99517. Please meet at the Front Office. The proposer submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery not less than seven (7) working days prior to the date set for submission of the technical proposals.
