2026 Church Street Water Main Improvements

Project includes the installation of ductile iron water main pipe ranging from 6" to 10" diameter in size, installation of combined and storm sewer pipe ranging from 8" to 24" diameter in size, public, full, and private lead water service pipe replacements, partial water service replacements (not lead) to accommodate the work, related appurtenances, concrete curb and sidewalk repairs, pavement patching, parkway restoration, private side restoration (full and private lead water service pipe replacements only), large diameter valve replacement, and all materials, labor, equipment, and incidental work. This solicitation has some or all Federal and State funding, additional requirements may apply. The contract term desired is for a period of four (4) years from 2026 to 2029 with additional one (1) year option to renew. The City has a goal of 25% of the contract amount for the participation and utilization of Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, Disadvantaged and Evanston-based businesses (M/W/D/EBEs) in completing a portion of the services required by the City.
