Port of Mobile is seeking main gate realignment work for boulevard widening and security improvements

Description

The work consists principally of providing bonds, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the widening, realignment, paving and striping of state docks boulevard at the main gate. Work will also include demolition and replacement of existing concrete islands and placement of owner provided guard shacks. As an additive, work may include the fabrication and construction of two canopies over the new concrete islands. The contractor will be required to complete the base bid work under the contract within 60 calendar days of the effective date of notice to proceed. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
