Description
The project consists of renovation of existing space to restrooms. Tenant improvement within existing administrative building to include (2) new all-gender single use restrooms. Including site work and path of travel improvements to include (N) parking striping, (N) wheel stops and (N) truncated domes.
This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. The site visit is expected to take approximately 30 minutes. Failure to attend or tardiness will render bid ineligible. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
